Marks, form and color unite in various media as pathways to memory, vision and fantasy in the artwork made by the “Trio.”

Charlotte Segal’s mixed media paintings address a figurative theme with surfaces activated by collage. Segal is on the faculty of the International Academy of Design & Technology in Chicago, teaching fundamentals of design and color theory. She is represented by Atelier Arts International Gallery in New York City. Carol Haliday-McQueen presents paintings in varied media that focus on color, light and space. She is a professor of Fine Arts at Columbia College, Chicago. Joan Taxay-Weinger, best known for her paintings, exhibits her photographs of the Chicago area and Millennium Park with the same attention to detail she formerly put onto her canvases. She is represented in Chicago by Sonia Zaks Gallery.
