Brian DeLevie: "Eternal Return", Giclee Prints

Opening Reception: Friday December 4, from 6-9 pm

Eternal Return reveals a vivid tension created by the exploration of textured information spaces that resist the absence of imagery from personal and historical recollection. Eternal Return's digital landscapes elicit the production of "memoryscapes" as well as the possible movement and forms created as elements of memory deconstruct, reconstruct and collide. Within multidimensional planes, DeLevie brings together a variety of imagery to illustrate an atmosphere of interrupted introspection. Floating images and colors signifying the act of remembrance as they are intersected by the frenetic traces of the cerebral and technical activity of its creator.

ARC Gallery invites city and regional college students to exhibit in a non-juried exhibition that aims to give visibility to a wide range of work being created by midwest art-school students. It will be an openwall exhibit with a size limitation of 24" wide by 30" high for 2/D work and 12" x 12" x 12" for 3/D work.
